Hot Concepts Design Construct Group

'As a registered building company and member of the Master Builders Association, Hot Concepts provides a complete “in-house” design and construct service. This complete service involves a team complementary skills trades and professions that work under one roof and includes interior designers, architectural drafts people, carpenters, cabinet makers, engineers, and other finishing trades. We believe this business model is essential for Hot Concepts to deliver a result that is on-time and on budget.

With this business model, we are able to keep to the required budget, and not be at the whim of an architect, who specifies and puts an expensive design to tender. Unlike other design and construct companies, we are not just project managers in disguise, we design everything in-house and have no need to contract an architect or draftsperson. With the design team onsite, the integrity and quality control is greater during the life of the project.

Our premises is located in Southern Brisbane and is a complete workshop for the production and manufacture of cabinetry, signage, lighting, other décor items and storage of building supplies used in our projects.
